The secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mr. WIILIAM FRACIS GALVIN said, Wingsnetwork have intention to run office in USA, SEC need check all of legal document and products include registered with government. SEC not yet charged this company to court because under investigation for worry and complaint from Wings's Leaders in Massachusetts. WINGS NETWORK informs its Members and the general public that due to questions about its business model, made by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts - Securities Division (SD), the company will suspend the marketing of its products in the United States of America, until the given answer from this U.S. authority.

He added, we know wingsnetwork not operated the ponzi schem so, company decided to good cooperation with SEC to clear about this issue and now SEC notified we will meet each other again on 05-June-2014. Wingsnetwork will run office in USA or not we will confirm after met the SEC next week.
